My entire experience from estimates all the way to the completion of the job was A+. Sergio and the crew put so much thought and care into my roof, communicated with me every step of the way, and did a thorough cleanup when the job was complete. My new roof and gutters are gorgeous, and the price was competitive. I highly recommend Sema and am so thankful that we chose them.

Professional workmanship, fair pricing, pleasant interactions, Sema Roofing Experts checks all these boxes and more. It’s clear that Sergio and his crew take pride in their work and it shows. They are exceptional. We are on the coast near Newport, and we just had our leaking roof redone this week by Sema. When tearing off the old roof, they found several areas of severe dry rot, showed us photos of it, and repaired all of it without excessive expense for this necessary extra work. Sema Roofing replaced our entire roof for us. Sergio the owner patiently answered all questions ahead of time, while we were deciding to hire his company. We decided on a starting date for the roof replacement. The crew was punctual and hardworking everyday that week. We were impressed and grateful how well they cleaned up after work each day and even more after the job was done. We love the way our new roof looks and are confident it was done very well.
