Today was my first service and it went great. Andrei flushed our water heater, did a complete inspection of plumbing system including water pressure and crawl space pipes, and replaced the toilet flappers. It was all covered by the plan membership. This fall I'll have the heating system serviced.

Was very impressed with Reynolds technician, Parker, to provide quote for home EV outlet. He explained everything about EV charging and provided several options to consider for our home.
This was the second time that I worked with Parker. As per the first time, he was friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. He completed an electrical diagnostic check-up of my home, indicating what aspects of the my decades-old system could use updating to current standards. He explained why these updates were recommended, but did not pressure me to commit to making the changes. Instead, he provided me with the necessary information to make my own decisions about these issues. I would highly recommend Parker and this company to others!
