We would certainly recommend Nancy Kruse as a realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us sell our parents house in Oregon. While my brother and I had the pleasure of meeting her in person, we both live out of state and she was able to walk us through all of the steps from afar. She got us in touch with folks who handled our estate sale. She made recommendations for improvements that greatly increased the selling price and had access to contractors who not only did great work but at a cheaper rate than we could ever have found on our own. It has taken me a while to post this because I wanted to take the time to allow the emotional dust to settle in my mind. We purchased a new home with the contingency that our home would sell. With Nancy's help buyers were found and the process was underway. We knew there were repairs needed to our house, but were waiting to see what the lender required. Nancy then helped us by contacting the contractors we needed to do the repair work. Because of her experience with them, knowing their work, we breezed through that part of the process.
