Start from the top. My stylist was Ashley. Appointments are made online. So for this review, I just need to say that telephoning and make an appointment for older folks (or at least this older lady) is easier or at least what we I am used to. So it wasn't ideal but I'm getting that perm! Arrived at the salon, it's in a really nice quiet spot, which is a preference for me. I waited only a few minutes before Ashley came out and got me. And then there was an interesting kind of walk-through maze to get where we needed to go. We were the only ones there in the back for a few minutes until another lady showed up who was a stylist. I have had nothing but exceptional service from Locks & Lashes since I moved to Albany! I am always greeted with a smile and the staff is always so friendly. I visit them for all kinds of services - my beautiful lashes and waxing by Ms. Alicia, relaxing facials and pedicures by Ms Amanda, absolutely amazing hair by Ms Sammy and of course my IV hydration and Botox by Ms Candace! And they still offer so much more than what I visit for!
Ashley is the best hair stylist I have ever had! I bounced around from multiple hair salons and I am so lucky to have her as my girl☺️ my hair always turns out exactly what I was looking for♥️
