Miles and Micah came out last week to help unclog my clients kitchen sink which really needed it! They did an amazing job and handled it well, they explained everything so well for my client and made sure he understood everything that was going on and made sure he had some time to think what was the best option. They got the job done in a timely manner even with the smell that came from clearing out the pipes. I give them a 20 outta 10 for the job they did. And would definitely recommend them to others. We’ve had Linn Benton Plumbing out to our house twice, both for what turned out to be minor issues. When I received the text that our plumber, Dillon, was on the way for our second occurrence, I was relieved that it was 1. Someone who is familiar with our plumbing and 2. That it was him specifically! Dillon is professional and very easy to communicate with. I especially like that LBP sends a text to let you know that they’re on the way during your two hour window, but also WHO is on the way and a little bit about themselves.
