My AC stopped working and my house was up to 76 degrees inside. Jay Cook came out the same day I called and reported the issue. I have a neurodivergent child so uncomfortable temperatures aren't understood well. Jay came out and got the AC unit running very quickly! His quick response and ability to fix the issue to get my house cooled down is very greatly appreciated! Thanks Jay!

Very professional, courteous, and explained everything well. Chris (Service Technician) was excellent in explaining the situation. He helped schedule a sales estimate meeting with Filipe. Chris was there for the install as well and made sure the installer knew what we needed. Definitely no added up sale or pressure to get any add ons.
We ordered a new AC unit, complete removal, install, hook up and making sure it was running correctly. We've been running it for the last 3 days. The house has been quite comfortable and on the cool side.
