    I dropped in here for a week and loved it. The gym is very spacious and has tons of high quality equipment. Everybody (members, coaches, owners) were super friendly and welcoming. I love the style of WODs more than most places I've dropped in before -- we hit several power/Olympic lifts that week and had fun/challenging metcons. Saturday WODs are longer with a strength portion and chipper style metcon - great way to kick off a weekend. You'll get different vibes/music from different coaches, but it'll be fun across the board. Thanks Hub City!!

    I initially came with a friend to be his workout partner and to encourage him in a no mask required gym. I worked very hard, and went from a size 14 to a size 4! In about 9 months of working Crossfit 3xs per week.... and I can now lift more than my body weight! Trainers vary...Simon is the best! I feel like the tips and corrections are spot on and the atmosphere is very family friendly. Come in and give it a try...you will not be disappointed!!! Lori

    Being a recent mover to Oregon, I was looking to up my workouts and get into the CrossFit sphere for the first time: Hub City did not disappoint. I really appreciate the atmosphere, coaching, and individualism put into every workout! As a therapist the workouts do a great job of scaling to the person and is safe for all levels of fitness. 5/5 recommendation for me.
