This is my go-to company for cleaning our white(!) carpet. We have used many different companies over the years and I'm always stunned, pleased, and grateful with what this company accomplishes. The most recent time we had Connie and she worked for hours until she was pleased with the quality of her work and the cleanliness of the carpet! Sometimes after a carpet is cleaned a week or so later the dirt magically reappears. This has not been my experience in using this company. Have been trying to get ahead of this company for weeks now. First we kept missing each others calls, now nothing in return. Not happy. Have left many messages.

Anthony was rude from the moment he walked in. He didn't provide the services expected. I will not use this company again!
