Gentle Dental text me when they had a cancelation which was amazing since they were booked for months. i got in alot sooner and the staff are so friendly. they really know how to treat clients. they got me in and out super fast even tho they were busy. 5 star all the way

Got right in after check in. Super nice and professional from checking in to scheduling my next appointment. Answered questions that I had pertaining to a procedure that I had never had done or seen done before on a level of easy understanding as well as not making me feel dumb for asking. 5 star treatment for sure!

It has taken my wife 10 MONTHS to get her dentures! The denturist has had to make 8 appointments to try to adjust them to fit. Each appointment is a month apart. When my wife finally gave up on the denturist and was just desperate to have teeth she brought them home and they are so incredibly crooked. I am so ANGRY for my wife. At this point I feel like I could go in and make a better alignment then her denturist. There is no pride of workmanship anymore.

my overall experience with this office has gotten much better recently. I've never had any issues with the dental staff ever, but I've had unpleasant conversations with the reception in the recent past and have been frustrated attempting to get an appointment in a timely manner. both of these issues have seemed to improve greatly. I do understand that they have to serve a large portion of our local population and with that brings alot of stress for different reasons. But they seem to be finding ways to work through these issues. one thing I've really liked is the text messages of cancelations so we have the opportunity to grab one to get scheduled sooner. and the receptionists are always patient and understanding which makes everyone's day better. it's seeming like they are listening to the concerns of their patients and doing what they can to get them in for much needed care

I was just there for a quick consultation. In and out in 10 min. Got to meet my new dentist, she was very nice and knows her stuff. I'm looking forward to going back in 3 weeks to have some work done. Great experience so far.

This is my second attempt in two years with another dreadful experience at Gentle Dental in Oregon, honestly this Branch on Geary st had a helpful Receptionist who coulda turned me away, She was Humane n got me a same day appointment. Not the younger girl, the older woman :) Also the hygienist assistant woman was polite n friendly manner. Also to add working under FRODO ;) keeping nice is a accomplishment…
So I had one tooth brake off leaving the bottom half under the gum level two days ago. Another tooth bottom other side looks like a piece of floss sliced into it half way n decaying very fast which is leading to pounding temple aches! Abcess on gum since last years Not Gentle Nor even Dental … Also reciding on one tooth causing loss into my gum Background is that I got hit with a wine bottle 1/1/22 impacting teeth n all together 19 shattered n unrepairable … so like everyone else they assume it’s from hard drug use, fuvk that.
