Has anyone pursued legal action to get their money refunded? This company has shut down their website and disconnected all phone numbers, after taking our money for a one-year contract renewal without contacting us and without a single visit/treatment.

They appear to have gone out of business without contacting their customers. We had paid for a full year and when they were supposed to come out for the August treatment they no showed and then no one answered the phones.

I should have posted this review months ago because they were an amazing company to work with. I am so sad to see when I search for them in Google it says they are out of business. I could cry because they were by far the best pest control company you could ask to work with. They always respond to emails and they always showed up on time. If they couldn't make it I would always get calls and emails to reschedule. When I lost my job in May they worked with me so that I could still get treatments. I am so sad that I won't be able to renew for another year with them.
