I bought dream home from J & M Homes in 2021. I moved in a year ago February. I went with Golden West because of the floor plan, and the finish work was well done in the model home. I love my home, but the finish work is horrible. My home looked used it was so bad. I am fortunate I have the skill, time and money to start refinishing all the trim. What if I didn't. Next year I will redo the cabinets that I paid $3000- extra . J&M Homes went above and beyond. They sent someone an extra time to fix some of the problems, but there were too many. I am deeply disappointed in the quality! As a marketer I won't be selling Golden West products!
