My dogs were in dire need of a proper nail trim due to the neglect of another groomer. I found the Albany Pet Hotel while researching for a new establishment to take my pets. They offer walk-in nail trims on certain days/times without an appointment. My dogs were immediately greeted and taken back for their trim. The prices were very reasonable as well.
I browsed through the pamphlet for the doggy daycare, boarding, grooming services, and playgroups. Most of the prices are listed in the pamphlet and signs on the counter. First class service for pets and their owners, I love all the options that you can add to make the experience for your animal even better. The postcards brighten our day knowing our Dog is having a fun vacation when we are too! Highly recommend.

My dog has been going to the Pet Hotel for almost seven years, ever since she was a puppy. I always know that I am leaving her in good hands when I drop her off. My dog, who is anxious, knows it too - she aways loves to go to the Pet Hotel! I like that they are able to individualize her experience by placing her in a play group that works for her. The staff clearly care about my dog and all the other dogs in their care. I highly recommend them!
