The staff here are very helpful and quick to process your prescription. I was here again Wednesday February 18 2026 and my prescription was filled in under 5 minutes and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket until shoppers drug mart who is always adding a dollar to every transaction it ridiculous. I also love their bags they give your prescription in. They’re pink and remind you to contact them if you have any questions. It’s a nice touch.
The pharmacist was amazing. The prescription was filled in two minutes and he explained about making sure I completed the course of antibiotics for my cyst removal. Also,a teenage,was needing a wrist guard and the pharmacist helped him to make sure it was the right size and appropriate rather than just sell something to him. The pharmacist opened the box and had him try it out to ensure that it was was good for this young person. I'm sure the teen appreciated the attention and respect for this $15. purchase The pharmacist was very compassionate and caring.. I highly recommend this pharmacy .
The 2 people working there at the time refused to get out from behind their area to help and assist an elderly patient looking for over the counter medications .this is unacceptable and poor customer relations .They are getting their prescriptions filled and help them out they are paying customers
