(If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!)I got into a car accident mid December 2023 and proceeded to use one of the recommended auto body shops by my insurance, and they had the car for 2 weeks only to tell me they couldn't complete the appraisal.I was then recommended to Ryding Auto Body by Genesis Yorkdale, and appraisal was completed so quick! The only delays were receiving the actual parts needed to fix my car.I just got my car back today and it came back as if I just bought the car brand new off the lot!! My parked 2023 Hyundai Venue was damaged when a car inadvertently hit it last week. The entire front bumper came completely off the car body. I brought my car to the Hyundai dealerships on Dufferin and they sent me to Ryding Auto on Castlefield and Dufferin. I met with a young man, Justin who was extremely helpful. He arranged to pickup my bumper which was at the scene of the accident and very swiftly identified the scope of the damage and advised me of the cost to repair. The lady who hit my car accepted the responsibility to pay for all costs. Justin even spoke directly to her and accepted her payment. Was referred to Ryding by the local Mazda dealer after my rear bumper and panel needed replacing. Frank worked with the insurance company to get me OEM replacement parts and kept me constantly updated throughout the process. Workmanship is top notch - enthusiastically recommended!
