Made an appointment online for 4:30pm with any available barber as this was my first visit and don't know the barber's. Arrived early and proceeded to wait 45min for the next available barber that was taking walk-ins. The hair cut was decent but next time I'll name a barber to see.
I’m saying this for my son but Gero is really good my sons happy every haircut wants to go so often and I’m happy he’s happy you should choice him he’s really good for the new styles (Btw my mom didn’t like it and I had to Change it to 5 cuz it’s great)
Called in to make an appointment for 3:00 and apparently because I don't know any of The barbers names they just told me to come in but I don't actually get an appointment.
It would have been nice to know that at 1:45 when I called them rather than at 3:20 as I was leaving with no haircut.
Edit: after I got a haircut somewhere else I was taking my son to the fair and one of The barbers saw me, came outside, apologize for the confusion, and did his best to make things right with me. So while it wasn't the best interaction, it also wasn't a bad interaction in the end.
