The technicians just left my house and I can not praise them enough! They worked all day, and came to my house because a bird was trapped in my fireplace chimney. The bird is gone now and I am relieved. They then cleaned my fireplace. No mess, shoes off respectfully, even after a super long work day, and my mind is at peace because the bird has flown off. Thank you SO MUCH for your care and concern. You made a stressful week much better. Thank you again. ( JODI....you are lovely on the phone....patient, kind and so understanding. A service man came to my home in Sarnia, Ont. He gave me a estimate for repairing my lawn gas light. That I did owe for. He also tried and failed to fix my Humidistat for my furnace. I ended up doing the repair myself. This was last Nov.2025. I received email bill first time. Feb.2026. It was a threatening bill. I mailed them a check for the full amount. Sun. Feb.15/26. The bill was almost $200.00.

I unfortunately had the same part die twice in my brand new fireplace. The first repair was prompt without charge under warranty and the second replacement for the exact same part was initiated in February and wasn’t fixed until the end of June with multiple calls and emails placed. The tech came finally after 4 months and replaced the part a second time “under warranty” but then I received a lovely bill for almost $200 for the work after the fact without any transparency of a cost for repair even though it was covered under warranty and this was the second time the same part failed. Very sneaky. Would not recommend a fireplace from this company.

We needed to call Wyoming Village Fireplace on one of the coldest nights in January, when our furnace had stopped working. Corbin came as quickly as possible and fixed the problem. We have been dealing with Wyoming Village Fireplace for over 30 years, and they have always been wonderful to deal with. They are extremely competent at what they do, and really care for their customers.

These people are the best and friendliest. They will help you out if it’s a simple fix that you can do. No pressure to have someone one come out and look. They saved me a lot of money. It was just before Xmas. I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and just helping out. I definitely will go back for their assistance anytime 👍 10/10
