Transfered to this Vet during the Pandemic from Yates. Loved them from the start. Always so friendly and accommodating. Recently, we had to put our beloved boy down, and it was so incredibly difficult. The staff here were amazing to deal with during this time. They went out of their way to comfort us and were kind and sympathetic during the entire ordeal and afterwards.. They even sent us a card expressing their condolences, signed by the entite staff. No one has ever been as genuine and caring about my animals as Dr Dennis, and her staff. They are kind and patient and never make me feel bad if I cannot afford certain treatments. My boys are her patients for ever..

I have never actually had the chance to visit the clinic but there is something I definitely want to say. I was super desperate for my extremely sick puppy to be seen and there was no availability for new clients here or anywhere I was calling. Jackie from Wellington Animal Hospital went out of her way to advocate that my puppy needed to be seen and found somewhere for us to go on very short notice! A lot of places I called all over showed zero compassion and I just got a sorry not accepting anymore clients, click. Thanks to your help, my guy is on the mend.
