I have been dealing with this particular Mufflerman for over 38 yrs. It has changed ownership twice since then, each time being taken over by someone who worked there and was familiar with the city/ its people. They are always courteous, accommodating and VERY FAIR. I’ve never felt conned!😁

Excellent service. My son and I both take our vehicles there and excellent! My car recently was in for a tie rod and alignment. When I got it back, things still seemed a bit off. I called Malcolm, they took it back in immediately, noticed a part they missed the 1st time, where honest about it and repaired at no charge. Also, I had them check the serpentine belt, they said its good no reason to change it. They easily could have replaced and made $ of me but they didnt. Honest guys. Great shop.
