Victoria is simply amazing. We have two mini dachshunds who are, to say the least, handfuls! I have always struggled to find someone who has the patience and understanding of dogs with quirks and behaviour challenges. Victoria is exactly what we all needed. She puts her heart and soul into her business and she is so empathetic and kind. She has made nail trimming actually an enjoyable experience now for our little men, and us! I cannot recommend her enough!

Victoria always takes the best care of our dog and cat. It’s obvious how much she loves her work and she shows that love and care for our babies every time they visit. She is always so happy and is a joy to deal with. I recommend Tangled Tails 1000% and I’d give 6 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We take our dogs (Willow, and Smudge and now Sprout) to Victoria and have since she opened. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. She goes above and beyond for us and love our animals as much as we do.
