Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and have good prices on a range of computer products to fit all budgets. I purchased a used gaming computer and was given a great price on it. When I needed service on it, I was again provided with great, friendly service and helpful advice. It was a quick fix and I was only charged for the 1/4 of an hour the tech needed to fix the issue. I highly recommend this place. I purchased a laptop at Staples a little over a year ago. The screen would not come on so I called Staples for technical help. The technician and the manager told me that there was nothing that they WOULD do to help resolve the problem. I took my laptop to PC Options for assistance and after a few minutes and a reset the computer was working again.
The awesome individual that helped me made it a complimentary visit.
Lesson learned. Why buy from Staples when you have a local business that has your back when you not only purchase but also run into difficulties with your purchase. Buy local, buy PC Options.
