Had a really great experience with Mike from PC Options. I'm a developer and my computer has been giving me some trouble with performance so I decided to head over to PC Options on my lunch break. They were really friendly and noticed my processor fan was full of dust and cleaned that out for me and also got me a 32gb stick of ram. I like that they also demod it and showed me it working in my PC. Overall really friendly people and happy that we have a great local PC shop in town.
Great service. I came here a while back to get a plug i needed in a emergency for my laptop. They didn't have one in stock but ordered the one I needed and gave me a loaner they had on hand in the meantime. Top notch service. If you want to speak to a person for you computer needs go here.
Been around for years, Mike and his team has always been there for the community providing great service and fair prices.Honest, good folks. Harder and harder to find this level of service.
