We are new to Woodstock and my daughter was having an issue with her eye and when I called to book an appointment, I was told they are booking into May. I explained the situation and right away she put me hold for a minute and when she came back she said they made some changes and got me in the next day, at a time that they knew my daughter would be on break from school and wouldn’t have to miss class. From the first initial phone call to appointment itself, the staff were very friendly, super nice and accommodating. I even booked an eye appointment for myself. Looks like I found my new optometrist.

Very helpful and welcoming staff! Today I picked up my reading glasses.During the exam a thorough explanation of the tests that were conducted was given and I received a recommendation for moisturizing drops to improve the overall health of my eyes.Thank you to everyone at the Woodstock site for an excellent visit.

Extremely friendly staff. The optometrist we had took the time to explain what every photo of the eye meant that was taken. She also related the photos to the previous visit some 18 months ago. Although FYI took over the business after Dr. Rowe retired, the quality of service has not change. Keep up the great work servicing Woodstock and surrounding citizens.
