I needed an appliance tech to come out and help diagnose & fix an issue with my 6 month old washer. I called just because I have heard so many wonderful things about this business and they DID NOT disappoint! Their dispatch was wonderful and understanding of time constraints, and the tech was wonderful and very personable! 5 stars. Totally recommend! Service calls are reasonably priced as well. All around great company to deal with!
After having waited 6 months on a warranty repair from another service technician that made a complete mess of my dryer and left it not working after several repair visits. Finally got whirlpool to send a different technician from Champion Appliance and not only did he have to fix the mess the other technician made had to install a new motor. Thank you for making it right Champion Appliance.
