“Bodybarre has been such an important part of my postpartum journey. The classes helped me gradually rebuild my strength and improve my core stability after having my baby. Beyond the physical benefits, it also became time for me to focus on myself, move my body, and feel energized.

The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always create such a welcoming environment. I’ve noticed a real difference in how strong and capable I feel. I’m so grateful to Bodybarre for helping me feel more like myself again postpartum- I would highly recommend it to any new mom!”

Club Pilates

9301 Bathurst St, Richmond Hill

Thu 6AM - 10PM

“As a first-time Pilates participant, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it has been a fantastic experience. Since joining, I've noticed a significant improvement in my posture, and the hip tension I've struggled with for years has been greatly reduced.

I've taken classes with most of the instructors, and they are all incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Every class is different, keeping things interesting, while still being challenging and rewarding.

The staff are always smiling, friendly, and welcoming, which creates a positive atmosphere every time I walk through the door. I highly recommend this studio to anyone considering trying Pilates for the first time.”
