Working with Karyn was amazing. She understood immediately what I needed to accomplish. However, communication fell off when it came down to a discussion about how narrow the closets are.
An oversight of mine to change a door and not discuss it to Organized Interiors left the situation worse but when the installer didn’t communicate the lack of standard hanger width that was a complete surprise to me because once hung a hanger it was glaring as to narrow and unusable the space was.
We are now rectifying the situation at a cost snd inconvenience to me.
We are very happy with the whole process from consultation to installation. Karen , our consultant from Organized Interiors , managed the design process attentively and timely. Guy delivered the installation efficiently and with great care. He cleaned up the closets and working areas in our condo so that we could use the closets right away. I highly recommend this company.
Very happy with the end results from Organized Interiors. We worked with Mike Sequin who listened and understood what we were looking for and came up with an amazing design. Installation was fast and I appreciate the care taken with the clean-up at the end. The space is so much more useable now and looks great. Would happily recommend Organized Interiors to everyone.
