Our family has had a great experience with Mount Sinai Home Healthcare. A relative uses them to help with her mother, so we called them when a parent was ready for discharge after a stroke, but wanted to go home, not to a rehab facility. Everything was arranged very quickly & we were assigned a wonderful PSW for a long daytime shift.
Then, when the other parent took ill, they found us a night PSW with less than a day’s notice. The communication with the agency is prompt & thorough, and the PSWs are dedicated, thorough and caring.

Mt. Sinai provided 24 hour, one on one care for my mother who is suffering from dementia. I was very impressed by the quality of care that was provided. I only wish I had heard of them before using some of the other better known names in the home care business. The staff who worked with my mother were professional, caring and exhibited the knowledge and skills necessary to work with clients like my mother. One stand out nurse was Omar, who went above and beyond what was required. I really appreciated that the staff kept me well informed and I was able to reach the administration easily.
