I purchased my tires here during the winter and was very satisfied with both the product and the service at the time.
However, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion. My wife called on Saturday to inquire about a tire change and was quoted $140 + tax. Today, I called to confirm whether I needed an appointment and to verify the price, and I was told $150 + tax. When I arrived at the shop, I was then told the price was $160 + tax.
It is extremely disappointing to receive three different prices for the exact same service within just a few days. I have no idea what criteria are being used to determine pricing or why the price seems to change depending on who is asking.
Consistent and transparent pricing is a basic expectation for any business. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled.

Charged me 60 dollars for a tire change for tires that have rims. They first charge me after I applied my work discount then give me the bill. Very scummy behavior
Edit: they decided to reply. Do you guys not know how to read? I complained about your tire change price. I'm not coming here again.

My friend referred me to come for this place to do oil change as Costco references advices for Luber Express Oil Change &Tires Place. So today I came at 8.10Am,and can see the best services that I ever go to do oil changed for my cars. Super fast as first comes first serves. Not only doing oil changed they are people here very carefully lift you car up and did tires check and put air in if tires needed and very polite technicians. PRICES are also unbeatable and the good things is you can view your car and people who work there Number one recommend people should go to do oil and tires changed Thankyou very much to all of you here. Honestly is the best policy hopefully keeps it up and make your place moreover
