Biggest pieces of garbage ? in the autograph world. Owner absolutely refused to address the issue. Has his employees do his dirty work. Mailed a few Al MacInnis cards to be signed at their private signing. They creased my rookie card and the auto came back smudged. After a month of going back and forth their best solution was for me to buy another card and mail it to them to get resigned and I have to pay postage both ways. Horrible business people and horrible company. If you were in the USA I'd file 1000 complaints with the Better Business Bureau
I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and his team just prior to Fan Expo Toronto 25. The customer service is top notch. I purchased an autographed picture of BTTF cast from Michael J Fox & Christopher Lloyd but after seeing the high quality frames they install & sell here, I had to get one to go with it. Love it so far. Jeff & his team were also amazing while we attended Fan Expo. They took care of us as it was our first experience. Thank you for everything Jeff & Frozen Pond team!
I discovered Frozen Pond a few years ago. I have made the long distance drive for public autograph signings, made some great purchases and today just got my Claude Lemieux signature back from his private signing! Autograph looks fantastic and was packed with care. Thank you again!!
