“Dear Danny: we have just completed a home improvement project for our kitchen and a fireplace update in our living room.
I want to let you how incredibly happy my wife and I are with the work your team has done for us.
My wife started looking for contractors on HomeStars, finding you and several others that seemed suitable for our needs.
We heard from Phillip, who scheduled a time and date to meet with us. He arrived exactly on time, reviewed our needs, and explained how your projects are run. He answered our questions, applied absolutely no pressure, and told us he would be pleased to move ahead when we gave him the go-ahead.
The quality of the workmanship is far superior to some of the other work we have had done in our house in the past.
I would like to recognize the individuals whose efforts and results were outstanding - Charlotte, Caio, Luiz, and Danny.
Now, you may be thinking, this is amazing! We completed a fairly substantial project and everything went perfectly? Well, frankly no, there were some missteps as I would expect when there are multiple skillsets working on different aspects of the job. But, perfection is an elusive goal, and to me, the mark of excellence is a team that can and will resolve any concerns to make sure the client is delighted with the results. I was upset about a couple of items, but as soon as I called Luiz, he resolved the issues to my complete satisfaction. His reaction to every request was “Of course, we can do that”. His reaction to any concern was “Don’t worry, we will take care of that”. I have never felt so entirely confident in a supplier of services, nor so certain that the results would be excellent.
We hope to be living with and enjoying the results of this project for some years to come. Our 67-year-old house now feels so contemporary, so refreshed and so bright thanks to an all-new kitchen, a modernized fireplace, new lighting, and, a kitchen, living room, dining room, front foyer, and hallway with freshly-painted walls, ceiling and wood trim.
We will always be pleased to act as references for your work, and will welcome onsite visits by prospective clients who want see the quality of what you do, just as Phillip arranged for us to see the results of one of your other projects and meet with the homeowners.
And you will be our first and only call when we want to tackle subsequent home improvement projects.
Thank you,
Stuart and Rorie Reynolds”
