They actually went on the roof to check it out (other companies had just used drones). We got a detailed estimate on paper and they were able to start work immediately, despite the severe freezing temperatures.
We called other places for a quote and either they took too long to reply or they didn't reply at all. We had to have contractors come in to repair the damage inside the house from the leak and didn't want to begin that until the roof had been replaced (since it could leak again and cause further damage).

From the moment we called this company, to the completion of our row townhouse complete roof replacement, Best Fiat roof was professional, speedy and high quality. When I was inquiring for a flat roof replacement on my garage I reached out to Best Flat Roof company where they provided me with exceptional service. When I first reached out to them regarding my roof, they returned my phone call promptly and came to inspect the roof when they said they were, inspected it thoroughly and provided a reasonable quote. They were able to get the job done fast and efficiently, very friendly workers, answered all my questions, and great customer service.
