Today I bought Paul Mitchel soft Gel. I ordered it 2 days before via phone. When I started to explain the young lady said, I know its the one with the black lid. I was shocked about the detailed knowledge this very yong sales lady hat. Most people in the GTA do not even know who Paul Michel is. I hope this beauty supply store stays in buusiness for centuries to come. I told my wife about this outstanding service and she will now wants to go there too. I am sure soon all the womwn in her gym group will know it too

This is a hidden gem! So I stumbled on this store because I had a wedding and my hairdresser had an emergency and had to cancel. I had no idea this store was there and I visit this plaza frequently. Went in to buy a curling iron to do my own hair. The sales associate was so helpful. She was great. When I explained why I needed it she asked me if I wanted to see if on of the stylists was free. So happened Emma was and she quickly did my curls. She was also great. It was a fantastic experience all around. Did my hair, bought the curler and was ready for the wedding in no time. Thx for a great experience!
