Welcome to Your Healing Centre! We provide services to heal your mind, body and soul. If you are looking for solutions to treat depression, anxiety, stress, grief, low-self-esteem, chronic pain or disease, you've come to the right place! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or to book an appointment. Child-friendly and play therapy services are also available by a Registered Social Worker. We look forward to connecting with you! Services Include: Therapy (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Emotional Freedom-Technique/Tapping Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy), Meditation and Reiki.
