I'm used to dealing with pests in my line of work, but it is the exact opposite when it comes to Windsor squash and fitness. They are so cool here I can't believe it. Everyone that worksout here is cool, staff is cool as well. All around great place.

They have the nicest staff that I’ve ever met at a fitness club and they have all the equipment you could need for training. I train with Colby and he has been nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any personal training or improvement whether it’s a few sessions to start up or routine sessions.
