Love all the ladies at Windsor Nails and Spa! Never disappointed. I go see Tina who is awesome and always makes me feel well taken care of and so pretty, but I know I’d be in great hands with any one of them! Thank you ladies for all you do!

I came in for acrylic nails today. Came in a different time and had great service with Tina but today it was awful. The lady who did my nails was quite rude. She was not happy when I asked her for shorter nails when she was cutting them. Rude remarks like “are you happy now??” when painting my nails. She kept digging her nails into my nail bed over and over to the point that now they’re sore any time I touch anything. Just overall not very kind to a paying customer. I guess the quality of service you receive depends on who is servicing you. Very disappointed, have been going here for years and now won’t be returning.

The ladies at this location are excellent and appreciate the business. I come her before winter vacations. The chairs are excellent. I love that they speak a different language and keep there ethnicity
