The experience is phenomenal, with appropriate care taken for comfort. Guests recommend bringing towels, slippers, and plenty of water for hydration. A sand timer is provided to prevent overheating. Absolutely authentic and delightful steam sauna experience, gets extremely hot and the wood keeps the heat and steam in well. You get a lovely private room with shower, tea kettle, fridge, fan, table w/ stools, and wre offered water in case you come without. They heat up the sauna in advance for you so you truly get an hour and a half to go in and out and have time to shower to refresh! Remember your own towls and slippers of course, wnd definitely don't forget to drink plenty of water as I brought a 40oz bottle. The receptionist is the most lovely floofers and would 10/10 give the good boy some pets!

Andrei is excellent, really good at deep tissue and working out the knots. Plus his heritage is Russian, so you get some interesting stories / his take on things (which is cool if you enjoy travel and different perspectives, and if you talk / don't fall asleep during the appt).
