I had the greatest experience buying at car from Nancy at Windsor Honda , if you like dealing with absolute professionalism, kindness, and effectiveness than she is your girl and this is your place. This was my first time buying a car and she made the whole process seamless. That also wouldn’t be possible without Marianne and Cole who are apart of such a wonderful staff and experience. They are just so down to earth , funny and seemingly really kind people. Just recently bought a 2026 Civic Si from Windsor Honda and personally dealt with Gerry DiCarlo and he made the experience very fun and was a relatable guy who is the total opposite of a pushy sales person. Gerry and Mary-Ann made my car purchase very fun and personal, definitely recommend going to Windsor Honda and especially seeing Gerry. Used or new, he's your man. It was my first time leasing a vehicle and Gerry DiCarlo walked me through the process and ensured that I understood all the terms. He also informed me of all the leasing options available to me - even though it was a shorter term than I had asked about, he saw that it was a lower monthly payment and wanted me to know about it. As I did not have anyone to bring me to the dealership when I received my new vehicle, Gerry was kind enough to pick me up at home. The sales rep I had dealt with for my last 2 purchases had just retired, and the universe brought me to Gerry. I'm very grateful.
