My cat Bug was showing signs of a urinary blockage, we rushed him over to Walker Road and fixed him right up! He was ready to be picked up only a few hours later and was sent home with a catheter in place. Staff made sure to explain everything very thoroughly, and have helped calm my nerves when I had concerns. Now Bug is home and feeling much more himself!! Thank you! Awesome clinic and great staff!
My bill was only 254$, I was charged for a partial exam instead of the full & they gave my cat a shot for her paw infection, fitted me a cone and put it on her, a courtesy nail trim completely free, and gave me pain meds for her which they even taught me how to give them to her.
They were very understanding of the fact that she's a scared cat, and our stay went well. The wait times were lengthy, but I understand that they go by priority there.

It was a long wait but there was only one dr working. I could hear them while I was waiting and they all (dr and techs) were very busy. I appreciated their kindness and honesty as they helped me. They did not oversell services that were unnecessary.
