A huge thank you goes out to Ryan B. at VW of Windsor for his patience and guidance throughout the whole process of purchasing my first new vehicle. He was always very professional and responsive, kept me up to date with any information for my purchase.There was one small issue which occurred that Ryan was able to rectify for me promptly. I never once felt pressured to make a decision that I was not confident with. My wife and I were in need of a car to replace our old one as we travel a lot for work. We looked around town and settled on VW of Windsor and we are super happy that we did. We met Ryan while looking around the cars on the show room and he helped us with any questions or concerns we might have while looking at the different models. He was great to work with, kept us informed during the whole process of purchasing a new car and all the paperwork that would be part of the process.
