Just had the best experience with ordering a floral bouquet! The service by the two people working there was charming, friendly and professional. They had a wonderful selection of flowers to choose from and were very creative with what they selected for my bouquet. I highly recommend Victoria's Flowers & Gift Baskets! Would love to Thank Kathy for the most beautiful arrangement for my grandmother's funeral today. So many people were commenting on how full and how amazing of a job she did. If u need a wonderful arrangement this is defined the place u want to go. Thank you so much❤

I placed an order for a gift basket and a floral arrangement on a Saturday morning for a friend who had a recent death in her family. Stacey called me in the afternoon to let me know that they received the order too late and the delivery was missed for that day. It would not be able to go out until Monday and her florist was off for the day and off on Sunday. I explained that I wasn't sure if my friend would still be in Amherstburg on Monday. she told me she would call the florist and get back to me. She called me back in 5 minutes and said the florist would come in on Sunday her day off, to get my arrangements done. My friend received them on Sunday morning took pictures...read full review
