Safe on time communication is fantastic with this business from start to finish emails letting you know what was going on at every turn. The Storage Box made my move and life a whole lot easier. We were between homes for six weeks so having a competent storage provider was top of mind. They dropped off the containers (3) and picked them up on multiple occassions with no issues what so ever. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it to our great satisfaction. The drivers were friendly and accomodating. The Storage Box even hooked us up with professional movers who also did an exceptional job. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the Storage Box. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent company to deal with. Reservations were easy to make and they were prompt on delivery. The Storage Box provides clean bins that create a worry free atmosphere for the customer. The driver takes the time to explain the locking mechanism and all important details. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to use the Storage Box in the future.
