John was closing on Christmas Eve day when I came in to pick up Photos I thought I had sent overnight to his location. I inadvertently sent them to Ottawa. He stayed late, helped me find the Photos, reformatted them all and printed them for me. He was here an extra hour. Excellent service terrific man to deal with.
