My mother's passing was difficult. Simple Choice staff were all very kind when I called to make arrangements before she passed and continued so throughout the painful process. Amanda Mastronardi handled the details during my appointment and she was pleasant, patient and helpful. Not pretentious or overly effusive, she seems to have the perfect persona for this type of position. Thank you, Amanda and all of the staff at Simple Choice. Economical and professional. It felt like I was getting all the kindness and consideration I would have recieved from a funeral home. All my concerns were addressed. I appreciated the tasteful presentation of my husband's body so I could have that last little while to say goodbye before the cremation occurred.
