This was the best experience I have ever had through reliance. I called at 12:45 PM on a Sunday. The technician was here to assess the situation fixed the part within 25 minutes of my call. I was back up and running with everything fixed in one hour. One very happy customer today.
Exceptional service provided by installers Yousif and Andrii. Would give higher than 5 stars if I could....professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They encountered a problem and were not willing to leave until it was remedied...in fact one installer said, I will be able to sleep tonight knowing the air conditioner is fully operational and that I was satisfied with their work. I'm upgrading the water heater and contacted Reliance and there were lots of flexible available appointments. Jasmine at Ignite Sales Centre and Warren as the installation specialist both provided excellent great service.
