I had my engine light come on in my 20 year old Mercedes baby. I'm from Toronto on a work assignment in Windsor for two days. My car engine light came on during the first day, so I checked out repair shops, and it was a GREAT fortune that I went to Pro-Tech. Being female and from out-of-town, even with great reviews for the shop, it was still in the back of my mind that it would be easy to take some advantage. INSTEAD, Dean, the mechanic, went above and beyond to make sure my car was thoroughly checked out. Always such a great experience going into Protech. Bri at the front desk is amazing and she is always on top of everything and the guys in the back always explain everything so well. Will continue to go there every time one of the vehicles needs something. Thank you for the incredible service and always getting everything done so quickly for us!
