I always have a great time at Martin’s! You can tell he knows what he’s doing and has a great passion for it. He always makes sure that you are happy with the results and that you have a good time while at the salon.

Martin is an incredible hairdresser! He's always honest about what he thinks would look good. If he doesn't think something would look good on you, he'll let you know and suggest something else. This salon is beautiful and everything is very professional. I absolutely love this salon and would recommend it to anyone!

After waiting for awhile after my initial appointment time, “Martin” came in seemingly hungover, gave me a buzz cut around the sides, cut some length off the top, and finished the cut in about 10 minutes. When I asked for product, he squished some cheap gell into the palm of my hand to apply myself, and then proceeded to forget my name when I was paying at the reception desk.

Overall, poor customer service and I’m now left with a mediocre haircut for the next month. For those looking to get a cut in Windsor, I would advise taking your business elsewhere, as I will be doing going forward.
