as a trans person, coming here i felt so comfortable. Jenn is incredible and makes you feel validated. she gave me a haircut that made me feel happy with my gender identity and shes so sweet. shes great at what she does and efficient! i thought it would take longer but she was quick and did an incredible job. i really appreciate people like this that are so happy and good at what they do. next time i need a haircut i will ask for jenn :p

From the moment i walked in, i felt welcomed by staff. It was a very welcoming and friendly environment. I had made an appt and had a cut and color by the owner. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent time explaining things to me. I didn't feel rushed. The level of customer service, friendliness, and welcoming feeling was above average in my opinion.
I think this location is a hidden gem. I recommend making an appt!
