This was our first time visiting, and we had a great experience! They did an excellent job with our pedicures, and my 8-year-old absolutely loved her manicure. The staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!
Went and got my nails done in gel for my birthday yesterday. The young woman who did my nails was nice, but she cut my fingers several times and didn't say anything, and left my polish lumpy. The day after my fingers are still hurting and I worry for infection. My friend was there too to get acrylics, and the woman she had didn't even fill in her polish all the way- left it spotty, with no cuticle care whatsoever during her service. I won't go back.
I have been getting my acrylics filled and pedicures done at this place for at least a year. I go to the same staff member every time and she does an absolutely incredible job. I give her pictures of designs and she copies them effortlessly and exactly. I did go to another staff member previously and found my acrylics broke off, so there are some staff that could possibly not be as well-trained or seasoned as others but the staff member I go to is beyond kind, generous, understanding, excellent at her job and meticulous. I never worry about paint chips, nail breaks, or any other issues. 10/10 service!!! I don’t go anywhere else!!!
