A master at her profession. Top notch technique and understanding of muscle tension and trigger points. She was able to relieve more pain and tension in one visit than Ive experienced in years of massage therapy else where. Highly recommend.

I came to Katie for chronic low back pain. I’ve had many RMT’s try to help me with this and no luck. Finally an RMT that knows their stuff and that is strong enough to really get deep enough to help ease my pain! She ended up working on my hip flexors which released my low back ! For the first time in a long time my low back pain has subsided!! Amazing to have an RMT that doesn’t just tickle your back. Thanks Katie !

My wife and I have been seeing Katie for many years. I have a physically demanding job and Katie is able to help relieve my back and leg pain. As well, she finds the knots of tension in my shoulders. She is a wonderful massage therapist and kind, caring person.
