Joe cut my hair when I was 13 yrs old. I'm 56 now. He's an old time barber, that charges $15 for a haircut. Ain't a beauty saloon, no fancy hairdressers. Sit in the chair, he trims your hair, and makes you look dapper. Other places charge $30 for same service.
