The team at this Dougall Jiffy Lube location are always welcoming. They know you by name and feel like a small family. It's not just about the in and out of the oil change they talk with you like a friend /family. They have great respect for customers vehicles and how each customer may be in ways of their additional requirements such as maintenance. What a great team! Customer service is great! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Answered all my questions. Service was fast and price was good too. Will highly recommend to friends and family and I will be back!! Great job!!

Their oil change service include tire pressure check and fix it. But their checked tores only on request and that only to two tires. The next day, I had to top up with the air to the car tires, which their had not been checked during the service. Even they did not mention the ongoing promotion and hand over the coupon.
