The service i received today was top shelf in every way. With the regular service they advised me well, bringing attention to near future maintenance that will need to be done.
I really appreciated being kept informed via email with photos of things that should be addressed. A high level of professionalism has a home here for sure!
They are very professional. Sina explained everything so thoroughly. I’m not car savvy, but she made it easy to fully understand what was wrong with my car. She also provided all the options, costs, and possible what-if scenarios.
Passed through Windsor last month and had a minor repair issue done here. I was very impressed by the courtesy and hospitality of the women behind the counter and the gentility of the repairmen coming and going conveying information. They got me in as quickly as they could and didn't insist on being pushy about repairing more than I asked for and they offered advice on where to grab a meal and do a little shopping while I waited.
All of my encounters in Windsor were remarkable in terms of the pleasantness I was met with. My affections are with you, dear people of Windsor! =)
